Small Group Training

Small Group Training is a proven and highly effective way to reach individual fitness goals, making it one of our most cost-effective training options. With a 1:6 coach-to-client ratio, you’ll receive focused instruction and a semi-personalized experience tailored to your fitness level. This program is ideal for those looking to build strength, lose body fat, and benefit from top-notch coaching and programming in a motivating group environment.

Youth Fitness

With a passion for working with youth, we’ve developed a training program designed to support all fitness levels. Whether the goal is to build healthy habits, gain confidence, or enhance athletic performance, our youth fitness program meets participants where they are. We focus on building a strong foundation by emphasizing proper form and technique, while incorporating athletic movements and low-impact strength training to promote safe, confident movement. As each individual progresses, their program evolves alongside them. Led by our specialized coaches, sessions are fun, motivating, and empowering—helping youth grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

Silver Sneakers

Led by our experienced and certified SilverSneakers® instructor, this class blends cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance work, and flexibility to support total-body wellness. Each session is thoughtfully designed to improve mobility, functional fitness, and overall health—helping you maintain independence, confidence, and vitality as you age. Just as important, the class provides a welcoming and social environment where participants can connect, build friendships, and enjoy staying active together. Created specifically for older adults, typically ages 65 and up, this program is also beneficial for anyone seeking a safe, effective, and low-impact fitness experience. Participants may be eligible to join as early as age 50.
